Our 45 minute STRENGTH & HIIT conditioning class. This program is specifically designed to build strength, grow and maintain highly important muscle. With progressive strength sessions, and finishing off sessions with specific interval training designed to burn fat while protecting your hard earned muscle.

This membership includes our Build and Burn and our Endurance60 classes.

Mondays - 6:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm

FIT CLASS - Strength & Conditioning
$175/m - unlimited classes

Fully coached from start to finish. You’ll gain strength, muscle, endurance, stamina, agility and coordination to name a few. From beginner to advanced, our coaches are ready to get you healthier and fitter! This program includes complex movements such as olympic lifts and gymnastics, but never fear, we take you through a robust beginner program to ensure safety and technique to build confidence and knowledge in our program.

This membership option includes ALL of our classes, including FIT, Build and Burn, Barbell and Endurance60.
