REQUIREMENTS for children: - must either be non-mobile (in carseat, stroller, playpen, dock-a-tot etc. Or can sit near their parent with a movie etc. Parents are still responsible for their baby/child throughout the class as we do not provide daycare.
The gym will be used by the moms only class, privately, and there is areas for breastfeeding, changing etc.
This is a no-judgement environment.
WE all get it, we are moms too, and we know kids can be unruly at times! IT'S OK. Baby cries? We're good. Baby pukes? We're good. Bring your sweaty self and all your chaos.
