Yianna is a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her journey began at the age of 14 when she landed her first job working reception at a local gym, igniting a passion for fitness that has only grown stronger over the years. She became certified in personal training in 2016 and graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2016 as well. Yianna's take on nutrition involves eating foods that make you feel good, that allow you to perform and recover optimally, but that you also enjoy and feel excited to eat. No boring basics around here!
Yianna specializes in not only building her clients' physical strength but also focusing on their mental resilience. She believes in pushing past physical and mental limits to unlock a new level of confidence and empowerment. Through personalized training programs, Yianna offers a unique approach that blends fitness and holistic nutrition, helping clients achieve a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
