Fully coached from start to finish. Our Little Lifters program establishes a fun and exciting love for fitness from a young age. Our focus is on body awareness, balance, coordination, strength and teamwork.
Step 1. Register for Monday or Wednesday
Step 2. Bring your little.
Step 3. Watch them develop a lifelong love for fitness, movement and learning their own capabilities!
Mondays OR Wednesdays at 5:00pm
$150+hst for 8 weeks
INTERMEDIATE (9-12)

Thursdays at 6:00pm
$150 + hst for 8 weeks
Fully coached from start to finish. This program is designed to bring body awareness, coordination, strength and proper lifting technique to our younger population. In addition, we strive to build strong relationships, communication skills and team building within each class.
