Meet Marlene.

“Use it or lose it”

Marlene was born to push, both her self and others.  Always on the go, digging deep to find what’s inside, discovering that she consistently colours outside the lines and truly moves at a pace of deep rooted commitment to self and being in integrity.

Marlene loves movement, exercise, sweat, muscles, endurance, and everything required for bringing all of those things in to fruition. She is a true stickler for good quality, mindful movement, and does not give exceptions based on whom she is working with. Humans are humans, regardless of age, race, gender, athletic background, goals, and capabilities. Marlene will always encourage, and sometimes drag the best out of you, often very assertively. She believes deeply that only when we stop moving we lose our abilities. So never stop. However, if you did stop, she can help you restore and move toward a feeling of wellness you had long forgotten.

Not everyone can appreciate this approach, and she understands that. Marlene prefers to work with mentally tough people, or people who recognize that their mental toughness and resilience is possibly the thing that needs the most attention.

When modified appropriately, anyone can do anything if they’re willing to humble themselves and show up for the dirty, albeit very fun work.

No one will believe in you more or push you harder while keeping you safe and ensuring that you realize what you’re truly made of.

Marlene’s background is in Strength and Conditioning having first began working as a Personal Trainer in 2006. Since then she has exponentially increased her experience and expertise.
